There's no better place to see the Northern Lights and get a taste of Icelandic winter, and there's nothing better than Lake Marvaldon.
Day 1: Reykjavik – Akureyri – Lake Mahuadon.
You will be transferred from your pick-up to Akureyri and then transferred to Lake Mahuadon, where you will take a sightseeing tour of the Lake Mahrodon area, after which you will be briefed on the tour.
Day 2 Free Day at Lake Marhendon: Optional excursion. Please note that all tours are subject to weather and road conditions, so tours can only be booked locally at Lake Mahuadon.
Day 3: Akureyri – Reykjavík.
Continue your morning at Lake Mahuadon and in the afternoon you will transfer to Akureyri where you will take a short sightseeing tour to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Akureyri. At the end of the sightseeing, you will be taken back to Reykjavik by plane.
Things to do in the Mahuaton Lake District:
