2.The wooden keel is naturally dried, and the undried moisture content is greater than the equilibrium moisture content;

3.The adhesive used in the installation of wood flooring is too diluted, so that the water content of the glue is too large;

4.The raw floor is not dried, only naturally dried, which is greater than the local equilibrium moisture content;

5.The back groove of the wooden floor is too shallow, and the board surface is too wide.

1.If the shape of the solid wood floor tile changes slightly: the solid wood floor that causes the tile change should be removed immediately, so that the convection under the solid wood floor is caused, the moisture is removed, and the solid wood floor surface slowly recovers the level with the evaporation of moisture.

2.If the shape of the solid wood floor tile changes seriously: if the tile becomes more serious, the tile should be removed immediately to change to the solid wood floor, square in the shade for ventilation (not suitable for exposure to the sun and blowing), and add a flat weight on the solid wood floor to make the solid wood floor return to normal.

3.If the bending deflection of each solid wood floor tile exceeds 1%, each solid wood floor with serious tile deterioration should be replaced.

4.If the solid wood floor is soaked in water in a large area, the after-sales service office of the wood floor should be notified in time, the solid wood floor should be carefully pried up, and the water on the surface of the solid wood floor should be wiped dry as soon as possible, and then placed in the shape of "well" to prevent deformation by using the weight generated by the stacking. When placing the solid wood floor, pay attention to the reverse side of the solid wood floor to prevent the surface from drying out due to rapid drying, and at the same time pay attention to not being exposed to the sun, it should be placed in a ventilated place to dry, one to two weeks later, depending on its recovery, and then decide whether it can be used again.

The tile deformation of the floor is generally caused by the change of dry and wet, especially in summer, when the temperature is high and the ambient humidity is low, the moisture in the floor will evaporate, the moisture content of the floor will be low, and the floor will shrink and deform, and it is easy to appear tile-like deformation. If the humidity is too high, the floor is easy to arch, so it is important to maintain the solid wood floor during the later use of the environment, and keep the ambient humidity as much as possible.
