Some restroom waterproofing materials also require a thickness of 10 mm or more, while others only require 1 2 mm.

If the bathroom floor is also made of cement mortar, and the height difference is still 50 mm, it is not right. At this time, you can drill a hole (10 mm, do not touch the steel bar) to measure the thickness of the floor slab, if it does not meet the design requirements, the error is more than 10 mm, the developer will solve it for you, and generally will not shirk. If the thickness of the floor slab is enough, it is best not to look for anyone, it is troublesome to find, I am afraid it is not enough to be angry!
