How to accept a gypsum board ceiling?

(1) The surface of gypsum board should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as pollution, cracking, missing edges and corners, hammer wounds, etc., and the joints should be uniform and consistent. (2) The gypsum board that is shelved and installed shall not have leakage, transparency and warping. (3) The hole spacing of the perforated plate should be neatly arranged, the perforation should be perpendicular to the dry plate surface, the cinnamon edge should be a right-angled plate, and the side should be at a right angle to the plate surface.

(4) There should be no pores, stains, cracks, missing corners, uneven colors and incomplete patterns on the front of the decorative gypsum board that affect the decorative effect. (5) The surface of the gypsum board should be smooth, and the defects such as ripples, grooves, stains and scratches should be inspected according to the prescribed method, and should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4 3 12. (6) The sound-absorbing perforated gypsum board should not have shadows, defects in use and decorative effects, and there should be no defects such as damage, scratches, stains, concave and convex, and paper peeling off for the board with gypsum board as the substrate; The board with decorative gypsum board as the substrate should not have defects such as cracks, stains, porosity, missing corners, and uneven color.

Concealed sound-absorbing materials should have anti-scattering measures. (7) The front of the embedded decorative gypsum board shall not have pores, stains, cracks, and missing corners that affect the decorative effect. The acceptance of the skeleton structure in the decoration project is mainly the ceiling skeleton, the partition wall or wall skeleton and the decorative skeleton.
