Level 25 10*12 - 33 tables and 4 dining tables (9 stoves and 10 stoves) arrangement.

You just make a rectangle (or square) around the stove and table, and put all the counters in the middle. That's what I did, and the reputation has always been the highest.

If you have money, you can buy billboards (I forgot if you can buy them at this level - you can buy them), so that the reputation can reach 130, and you can also earn advertising money
