    It mainly depends on what kind of hotel and what size. Below 3 stars, general treasures, lobsters, hairy crabs, and large yellow croakers are fine. Grass carp or something is also a must. 3 stars or more general grouper, tabby, more. Lobster abalone depends on its own positioning.
