Fast Food Restaurant Rectification Report.

Dear *** Health Bureau:

Your bureau inspected our store on the first day of the year, and put forward suggestions for rectification of the existing problems. Our unit organizes all personnel to make serious rectifications, and the rectification situation is reported as follows:

1. Set up food safety management personnel.

2. The kitchen is set up outside the influence range of toxic and harmful pollution sources, and the corresponding rough processing and other operation places are set up, as well as food storage and other places. Each processing operation site is reasonably laid out and clearly partitioned according to the order of raw material entry processing, semi-finished product processing and finished product supply. Tools and containers used for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are clearly marked and stored separately.

3. Level the kitchen floor without cracks, set up a sufficient number of hand-washing equipment, and set up fly-proof nets on doors and windows.

4. Set up an independent tableware washing room, with a closed structure for storing cleaning facilities for sterilized tableware, and use tableware supplied by centralized disinfection enterprises.

5. Set up a rough processing console and a sufficient number of vegetable racks, and the equipment and tools in contact with food meet the food safety standards and requirements.

6. Food and non-food are stored separately and clearly marked.

7. Set up independent air conditioning, tool cleaning and disinfection facilities, special refrigeration equipment, special sample refrigerator and identification.

8. Establish employee health management files.
