First, do the sound insulation treatment of the floating floor slab upstairs. This needs to be coordinated with the upstairs neighbor.

The second is to make a soundproof ceiling in your own ceiling. There are two approaches, resilient and non-resilient.

The simple calcium silicate board ceiling mentioned upstairs can alleviate noise, but it may not be suitable for any situation. Now your upstairs is noisy, how far has it been? Can you hear your voice?

For my own home, I recommend using a soundproof board of calcium silicate board, which is much better than gypsum board. Not afraid of moisture, not afraid of insects, dustproof, not deformed. The sound insulation is better than that of plaster.
