Whitish paint film refers to the fact that after the paint is painted, the paint film is white during the drying process, showing turbidity or white spots, different gloss, and fragile texture.

The reasons are: 1) When spraying or brushing nitro paint and foreign dry paint, the initial whitening phenomenon. If the construction environment is relatively humid, or in the drying process, the solvent volatilizes too quickly, the surface temperature of the paint film drops sharply, and the moisture condenses on the paint film, and a layer of white emulsion formed by water and paint will appear, that is, the phenomenon of "whitening".

    2) There is a lot of moisture in the tools that spray or brush the paint, and the moisture is mixed into the paint during construction, which will make the paint film partially white.

    3) The moisture content of the wood is too large or the wall is not dry, after painting, the moisture is mixed into the paint film, and it will also turn white.

    4) The foreign dry paint film will also turn white when it comes into contact with hot teacups, hot rice cookers, etc.

In order to prevent the paint film from whitishing, it is necessary to pay attention to:

    1) Nitro paint and foreign dry paint, it is best not to construct in fish days or cold weather. If construction is necessary, the temperature should be raised by 15-20. The relative humidity is not more than 70%.

Choose an organic solvent that volatilizes slowly, or add 10%-20% nitro paint moisture-proof agent to the spray paint, or add 10% rosin to the spray paint to reduce whitishness.

    2) If the nitro paint is whitish, it can be heated by infrared rays, and then spray a layer of nitro paint with moisture-proof agent on the paint film; If the foreign dry paint is whitish, it can be wiped off with alcohol and then brushed with a degree of foreign dry paint, or burned with fire.

    3) The thinner in the paint should not be added too much, and the tools and compressed air of spraying or brushing should not contain moisture.

    4) The newly built house should be painted every once in a while, and the doors and windows should be opened as much as possible to make the walls dry faster. There is enough carbon dioxide in the room, which can accelerate the carbonization of calcium hydroxide and reduce the alkalinity of the wall.

The furniture paint you use should be PV paint, and this kind of paint generally does not offend white when you change the brand to see, such as China Resources's Carberry.

Take a look at your veneer.

According to the normal process, it is a problem of good seeds.
