This phenomenon should be normal, and it is generally not a quality problem, but there are internal reasons for its occurrence. Some may be in the frame of the board, the edge spring is loaded into the side groove, the side groove is not on a horizontal line, there is a height difference similar to a step. After the core board is installed, it is not completely homeed, which means that the edge spring and the side groove are still relatively strong.

In spring and autumn, the newly made mahogany furniture, hot shrinkage and cold rise, pop! It rang, and then it was restored to place. Just like the joints of human bones, if they are slightly misplaced, they will make a "click" sound and return to their positions.

At this time, as long as the furniture is not cracked or deformed, it should not be considered a problem. It is normal for hardwood furniture to swell with the seasons and humidity. This is especially evident in the freshly made furniture that has just left the factory. In addition, whether it is new or old, hardwood furniture is disassembled and assembled, and there is also a process of re-adapting to the environment, which will also produce noise.

Even if it is the same city, it is normal for old furniture to be transported from A to B, and it is normal for the surrounding environment to make noises. Furniture from the south to the north or furniture from the north to the south will also have a process of adaptation and make a sound.

Therefore, as long as the mahogany furniture does not crack or deform, the popping sound is not a problem. In particular, it is normal for the newly bought mahogany to have a crackling sound, which does not affect the use, and will gradually disappear after a period of time.
