    Currently, Michelin-starred restaurants are selected in China, only in Hong Kong and Macau.

    On October 30, 2014, Michelin launched the 2015 bilingual edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau, featuring more than 300 restaurants and 60 hotels from Hong Kong and Macau. There are 3 two-star restaurants and 12 one-star restaurants that are newly shortlisted and feature more than 50 dishes. Similarly, the food detectives have handpicked 78 value-for-money restaurants for Bib Gourmand, serving up to HK$300 for a three-course meal, with 65 in Hong Kong and 13 in Macau.

    It is available in major local bookstores in Hong Kong and Macau, as well as major online bookstores.
