The solution is to ensure that the gypsum board is fixed in a stress-free state when the gypsum board is suspended. The spacing between the keel and fastening screws should be constructed in strict accordance with the design requirements; Pay attention to the overall full scraping of putty, and the putty should not be scraped too thickly.

The second case is the irregular wavy pattern of the suspended ceiling. The grille around the ceiling or the four corners are uneven, or the wood moisture content is large and shrinks and deforms, which can cause uneven camber; In addition, the keel joint is uneven and hard bending, and the spacing of the boom or hanging bar is too much to cause the keel to deform, which will also cause the uneven ceiling; The top of the wooden boom is split, and the steel bar is not tightened when the boom is used, which will cause irregular wave deformation; For ceiling projects with a large area, it is best to use light steel keels.

To prevent the arching of the ceiling, the ceiling wood should be selected high-quality soft wood, its moisture content should be controlled within 12, the keel should be straight, there can be no transverse through the section of the knots, the ceiling construction should be leveled on the wall around the spring, the nailing around the level shall prevail, the arching height of the indirect horizontal line is 1 200 of the short span of the room, and the longitudinal arch should be hung evenly.
