Which department is better, the front hall or the kitchen?

I think the front hall needs to face too many guests or faces, especially some very picky guests are difficult to deal with. Although this can show you more examples of how to deal with people, it doesn't actually help you, all you get is the topic of chatting and complaining with colleagues after dinner, and then you can see in advance what you should be like when you have money in the future. I feel that the front office service does not belong to technical work or anything like that, so it can be regarded as a youth meal!

And I have to do so much work every day, and there are many rules and regulations.

In contrast, I originally preferred to be in the kitchen, the kitchen looks dirtier and messier than the front hall, but in the kitchen is much more free than in the front hall, and there is no need to be scolded often, and there is no need to be cheeky to stick to people's cold butts.
