The next time you poop, look to see if the stool is hard.
If so, you should drink plenty of water, keep 8 large glasses of water a day, and also eat some vegetables that are high in fiber regularly.
How long has it been? It may be a precursor to hemorrhoids, don't be careless, eat more fiber, bananas, celery or something.
