In comparison, Matterhorn feels more average and the weather is fine, but in early October, Matterhorn is yellow and bare all the way, and it will feel better if you go skiing in winter. And the town of Zermatt is full of battery cars and Swiss Pass can not be used, and accommodation is expensive. In the end, we chose to stay in Tasch for a little cheaper.

In addition, to go up to Jungfrau I recommend going up from Wengen and down from Grindelwald, so that you can get on the world's longest cable car in FIRST. A normal visit to the Jungfrau including normal weather, can do 4 things:
