The only way to remove this light is to pry off the metal frame and then find the mounting screws. If you want to replace the bulb, you just need to pry off the metal bezel and the lampshade will be removed.
Use a thin blade or flathead screwdriver to insert the gap, buckle the panel directly, and then remove the lamp.
After removing the two screws, take off the outer frame, and then push it up with your hand to take it out.
