Is there any difference between cinder and sand, which is used for toilet filling

The backfill of the sunken toilet is mostly made of ceramsite and cinder. There are two reasons for this:

1. The internal pores of these materials are conducive to the flow of water in the caisson to the secondary drainage port in case there is accumulation;

2. The cinder is lighter than the same volume of sand, so as to avoid the deformation of the local backfill too heavy.
