Hello: According to Article 10 of the Regulations on the Administration of Halal Food in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the proportion of ethnic minority personnel with halal eating habits such as Hui nationality in the proportion of employees of enterprises applying for the "Halal Food Permit" shall not be less than the natural proportion of the minority population with halal eating habits such as Hui nationality in the total population of the autonomous region, of which the following persons must be ethnic minorities with halal eating habits such as Hui nationality: (1) the person in charge of the production, operation and catering department; (2) Personnel in key positions such as procurement, storage, and main production.

The owners and main culinary personnel of individual industrial and commercial households applying for the "Halal Food Permit" must be Hui or other ethnic minorities with halal eating habits. If the above conditions are met, according to Article 11 of the Regulations on the Administration of Halal Food in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households engaged in the production and operation of halal food shall apply for the "Halal Food Permit" with the original and copy of the ID card of the legal representative or owner of the enterprise and the employees at the ethnic affairs department of the city or county (city, district) where it is located.
