    1. Judgment of toilet leakage.

Generally, there are two reasons for water leakage in the bathroom, one is water seepage on the ground, and the other is water seepage caused by broken water pipes.

    1. Judgment of pipeline water seepage.

Pipe leakage refers to the leakage caused by defects such as damage to the upper and lower water pipes, floor drains and toilet interfaces

    1) Leakage of water pipes.

The manifestation of this situation is that the leakage is continuous and uninterrupted, and sometimes the leakage volume is constantly increasing, such as closing the main valve of the water pipe, and the leakage will be reduced immediately.

    2) Leakage of sewer pipes.

First observe the leakage and make a record, then open all the faucets, toilets and pour water into the floor drain, if the leakage increases, it means that the pipe is damaged and leaking.

    2. Surface leakage.

There are two ways to identify surface leakage, and the specific identification methods are as follows:

    1) Leakage occurs only under conditions such as bathing and mopping, that is, when water is drenched or accumulated on the ground and wall, and in this case, it can be determined as surface leakage.

    2) Use the method of inspection and identification of pipeline leakage to carry out inspection, if it is judged that it is not pipeline leakage, it is surface leakage.

Second, the toilet leakage repair method.

If the pipe is leaking, you can only plane the tiles, change the pipes, and redo the waterproofing. If there is water seepage on the surface of the restroom, the following methods can be used to repair it:

    1. Treat the dust, oil, and stagnant water on the surface, and keep the surface dry; 2. On the entire surface that can be drenched with water, such as: tile surface, tile joint, wall joint, pipe root and other parts, spray and brush penetrating waterproofing agent, and do not leak spray; 3. After the surface of the waterproofing agent is dry, fill all tile joints, damaged and defective parts with waterproof paste; 4. For weak links such as wall corners, wall edges, and pipe roots, use Yunyu plastic steel mud to seal the edges.

Note: After the waterproofing construction is completed, the waterproof material is required to be dry (usually after 48 hours) before it can be drenched. Because of the constant bumps during transportation, the waterproof paste will precipitate, and the surface will look a little dry, which is a normal phenomenon! Knead it for a while before opening to allow the waterproof paste to melt into a full cream.
