2. Power outage: (power outage is required for equipment maintenance or other reasons).

Equipment maintenance and power outage: disconnect the corresponding circuit breaker, after the inspection of no electricity, and take necessary safety operation measures, (mainly: grounding protection of the equipment power cord and shell, hanging the warning sign of "manned operation, prohibiting closing", do a good job of insulation protection for maintenance personnel, etc.), you can carry out equipment maintenance.

If a complete power outage is required, you must disconnect each circuit breaker one by one, and then press the red button for cabinet 1 and cabinet 5.
