Now the owner thinks that we are also responsible, and asks everyone to pay half of the responsibility. He gave the reason:

(I don't think that's a reason, besides, the water valve is not in the house, but the pipe well in the stairwell, and if it is opened, it should be called the management office.) I feel that this is not my business, I use it according to the nature of the use of the leased property, and it will naturally burst in the process, which should be caused by the quality problem of the leased property provided by the owner.

Now he has calculated the furniture according to the original price of buying it, and it costs more than 8,000 yuan! I think, even if I am responsible, he calculates the furniture too much, it has been used for a few years and is still at the original price, without depreciation?
