2.All kinds of keel ceilings must be fixed firmly, after fixing, a comprehensive inspection and leveling should be carried out, and check whether the installation position is correct.

3.The specifications of the wood used in the wooden skeleton should be in accordance with the design requirements, and the wood should be glued and fixed with nails, and the side in contact with the cover panel must be planed.

4.The timber skeleton structure of the roof should meet the fire protection requirements.

5.All kinds of cover panels should not have bubbles, peeling, cracks, missing corners, dirt and pattern defects and other defects, the surface should be flat, the edges should be neat, and the color should be consistent.

6.The hole spacing of the perforated board should be arranged neatly, and the plywood and wood fiberboard should not be degummed, discolored and decayed.

7.If plywood and MDF are fixed with nails, the nail distance is 80-100mm, the nail length is 25-35mm, the nail cap should be flattened and enter the board surface, and the nail hole should be smoothed with oily putty.

8.If the plywood surface is varnished, the wood grain and color of the adjacent board surface should be similar.

9.When pasting or brushing paint on the cover panel, the seams should be brushed with white latex and pasted with muslin, and the seams should be overlapped by at least 5mm each.
