Under special circumstances, the maximum value of the average annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years preceding the expropriation shall not exceed 15 times per 667 square meters.
The standard of resettlement subsidy for requisitioned other land shall be implemented with reference to the standard of resettlement subsidy for requisitioned cultivated land.
3) Compensation for BIBS. Compensation is based on the output value of one quarter.
4) Compensation methods and standards for attachments shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Provincial People's Government. From the date of issuance of the land requisition announcement, no compensation will be made for the newly added attachments.
