When did the real solid wood laying wooden floor appear in ancient China

In ancient times, the technology of moisture-proof was not high, and all the previous wooden buildings were raised with stone foundations under the pillars to prevent moisture. Therefore, there was no real building with solid wood flooring in ancient times! It was only after the introduction of modern Western architecture into China, especially after the invention of modern concrete, that solid wood flooring began to be used.

But it's not absolute.

I have seen floors made of solid wood in some ethnic minority settlements in western Hunan, which is an all-wood structure building, except for tiles and stone foundations, basically no other non-wood materials are used, but their wooden floors should be more than 30 centimeters away from the ground (stepping on them is the same as stepping on wooden floors), so as to prevent the moisture of the ground from affecting the floor. I heard that the locals said that they have built houses like this for generations, so according to their family history, the solid wood flooring in that sense has been hundreds of years old.
