How to return or exchange.

1. If the delivery period of standard specifications is more than 30 days, and the goods are not picked up (not delivered) within 30 days, they can be returned or exchanged; The delivery period is within 30 days, and if the goods are not picked up (not delivered), they can be returned or exchanged; A small amount of goods remaining from the renovation can be returned within 60 days of delivery without affecting the secondary sale. Costs incurred as a result of the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. If there is no agreement on immediate delivery or immediate processing when ordering, the goods can be returned or exchanged within three days after the order; If it is agreed that the goods will be delivered or processed immediately, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

samples, specials, imported goods; flowers, plants, aquariums and other fresh commodities; On-site cutting and processing of goods; Paint and coating sealed packaging products that have been prepared or used in unsealing; Goods that affect secondary sales after delivery; Items that have exceeded the return and exchange period.

4. All sold commodities shall be subject to "three guarantees" in accordance with national regulations.
