Observe the workmanship of furniture from three aspects:

In view of the importance of the phenomenon of surface warping, special attention should be paid to whether the surface of the furniture is flat, especially whether the corners are flat, and you can even pick it by hand to see whether it is easy to warp.

2.Look at the materials used in places you can't see in your furniture.

When buying furniture, we often don't pay attention to the use of materials in parts of the furniture that cannot be seen, such as the back panel of the furniture, drawers, etc. Many pieces of furniture use better materials where they can be seen, and worse materials are used in places that cannot be seen, such as backboards and drawers. These details are precisely an important sign to identify the quality of furniture.

Care should be taken to check whether the material (texture, thickness, etc.) of the backsheet is consistent with other parts. If the sample is the same, then ask the clerk if the product you will get is the same as the sample, and indicate it in the contract when signing the contract.

3.Look at the quality of the hardware.

The quality of hardware often directly affects the use of furniture. When buying furniture, you should use hardware several times to see if it is flexible and easy to use. In addition, you should ask about the material and brand of the hardware, and confirm whether it will fade.

Of course, the store's answer is only for your reference, you should also distinguish it yourself, and ask a few more stores, talk to the store staff more, and you will gain something. If you belong to custom-made, or a small manufacturer's product, please be sure to indicate the brand and materials of the hardware on the contract.

3. The moisture content of wood is high, and the furniture uses decayed wood and wood that insects are still eroding.

4. The materials are seriously unreasonable, and the particleboard slats and MDF slats are used to make the load-bearing parts such as the door edge, column, front scale, and drawer scale of the wardrobe.

5. The dressing mirror has no back body plate, no pressure strip, and is positioned with nails; The glass plate is made of nails as a pin, which is very easy to cause glass breakage and endanger personal safety.

6. The functional size does not meet the requirements specified in the standard. For example, the height of the hanging space of the large wardrobe cannot reach 1350mm, and the depth cannot reach 520mm.

7. The interior wood of the leather sofa has a high moisture content, a board book, and bark, and the use of split wood, decayed wood and insect erosion wood.

8. The sofa frame adopts a nail structure, no tenon, no eye, and no glue. The structure is loose and unstable.

9. The interior of the sofa and soft mattress uses waste sacks that do not meet the sanitary standards and brown felt and felt of moldy insects.

10. Tie the spring and fabric with plastic rope; The diameter of the reed wire and the number of reeds do not meet the standard provisions.

11. Rough appearance. The thin wood and veneer of wooden furniture are glued in a large area, and the paint color is serious; Upholstery and sofa wrapping cloth dental floss is not straight, and there are many jumpers; The product has no trademark, does not indicate the place of origin and enterprise name, and does not affix the quality grade mark.
