If the balcony is to be tiled, the insulation layer should not be removed

Construction process of pipeline rubber and plastic insulation pipe: pipeline surface cleaning, insulation material cutting, glue application, insulation molding, insulation layer construction. The precautions for construction are:

1. The interface and all the gaps of the insulation material are required to be tightly bonded with closed-cell foaming rubber and plastic special glue, and there shall be no poor or loose bonding.

2. Pipeline insulation should be carried out in accordance with the design requirements and specifications, especially the thickness of the insulation layer should be according to the requirements of the design, and it is not allowed to change the insulation practice without authorization.

3. When bonding the insulation material, the debris, dust and oil on the surface of the pipeline must be cleaned to ensure the bonding effect of the glue. In order to ensure the visual effect of thermal insulation, the longitudinal joint of the insulation layer should be placed on the upper part of the pipeline, and the longitudinal joint of the adjacent insulation layer should be staggered at a certain angle. During thermal insulation construction, the rubber and plastic insulation material should not be stretched too tightly, so as to prevent the insulation layer from shrinking and opening the glue when the temperature is too low in winter.

4. The insulation material in the casing must be stuffed and closely connected with the pipe insulation.

5. The insulation must be smooth and beautiful on the surface of the insulation, there shall be no unevenness, the practice is correct, the force should be uniform when wrapping, the connection and stubble are reasonable, the tape and glue are tight and firm, the sealing is tight, and there is no hollowing and loosening.
