When there is a large area of slow water on the wall and ground, you can use No. 03 plugging spirit, which is 1:O 3 left with water, stir evenly, and let it stand for 20min before use. When operating, first scrape and apply to stop the water, and then use No. 02 plugging spirit to scrape and paint, which can dry the wall and ground.
