1. First prepare the tools: wrench, screwdriver, pliers. If it's just a replacement part (e.g. a seal), then have this part ready.

Then close the main valve. Remove the small screws on or behind the faucet handle and remove the handle that is fixed to the faucet body. Some faucet screws are hidden under metal buttons, plastic buttons, or plastic sheets, and as soon as you open the buttons, you will see the handle screws mounted on the top.

The screws of a faucet that have been used for a long time may become very tight due to rust and other reasons, and some lubricating oil can be dripped into it.

2. If the screw is hidden in the hole, first observe it with a flashlight, mainly to see what the fixing screw inside is, the cross or a word, and then use the corresponding screwdriver to loosen. This screw of a few brands of faucets is an inner square hole, and these screws are very troublesome to remove, so special care should be taken not to damage the screw mouth when using alternative tools.

3. When the screw is released, the handle can be removed. At this time, what you see is a large copper nut, and after removing the nut with a large movable wrench, you can remove the valve core of the faucet. It can also be cleaned by observing whether the copper plane under the spool is uneven or whether there are fine sand grains.
