Is there a phenomenon of broken faces?

Change the sofa and determine if it is a model problem.

F3, switch to solid, then F4, surface + line state.

Check that the cut part is not missing.

If the lights are too exposed, reduce the intensity of the lights until they are appropriate, and there should be no problem with rendering.

If the material you set in MAX is a transparent material, it stands to reason that the shadow after the light is hit is the kind of shadow that the light passes through the glass, but this is not the case in MAX, all the physical shadow processing is done, unless you set the transparent material shadow, it will do transparent shadow processing. So you'll also want to set the light shadows to transparent shadows.
