Reason analysis: 1. The water absorption rate of ceramic tiles is expressed as follows: ceramic bricks "10% stoneware bricks" 6% fine stoneware "3% stoneware porcelain" full ceramic tiles (vitrified tiles). The water absorption rate of vitrified bricks is low, and the adhesion of ordinary cement mortar is not enough, resulting in hollow drum falling off.

2. There is dust behind the vitrified brick or the concave and convex friction on the back of the brick product is not enough, the paste layer is not full or extruded when paving, and the adhesion of the brick is not enough;

3. The treatment between the adhesive layer and the wall base layer is not firm, which will also cause the hollow drum of the surface layer vitrified brick to fall off;

4. The vitrified bricks are densely assembled, leaving no gaps. and the maintenance after paving is not in place.

Solution (Preventive Measures):

1. Use the corresponding vitrified brick binder, heavy brick binder, and cooperate with the base layer to use the interface treatment agent.

2. Check whether the wall painting layer is in place before construction, and water and moisten the base layer. If the weathering or looseness is severe, the original base layer should be removed and repainted.

3. The back of the brick can be opened with a shallow horizontal groove with a cutting machine, the back of the brick is rinsed clean, the binder is mixed with water in proportion, and the serrated trowel is scraped in batches, and the thickness of the binder is 5 7mm.

4. The brick joint is controlled at about 1mm to avoid dense fighting. Rinse every 5 hours for curing.

The floor tiles must be used on the wall with adhesives, otherwise, it is easy to cause hollowing.

The tiles are soaked, the walls are soaked, and the cement must have a third of the sand in the worst.

1. Soak the tiles in water, drain them and then put them on the wall;

2. The cement grade should not be too high;

3. The wall should be wet before tiling;

4. It is recommended to use tile adhesive.
