I've always gotten up at half-past one and half-past four to urinate in the middle of the night, and for a few years, rain or shine, I never had to get up in the middle of the night to pee since I did a foot lift every night before going to bed.

I can't do it for fifteen minutes at a time, I do it three times apart.

The way I do this is to start lifting my feet and count 200 times in my heart, then lower my feet and flatten them, count 100 times in my mind as a rest, and then immediately raise my feet a second time, count 200 times in my heart, put down my feet and rest 100 times, and the third time I raise my feet 200 times and I will be done, and I will sleep until dawn.

During the foot lift, there is some numbness in the upper and lower legs, and some soreness in the lower abdomen and bladder, as if the muscles are tense. I don't know why lifting my foot would stop me from getting up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and pee, but I really feel inspired to send this email to the person who sent it to me. I hope others will benefit as well.

Just stick to it for 15 minutes and you're done!
