From your picture, the wall near the living room at the corner of the public restroom should be a section shear wall (solid part), and in the frame structure, the shear wall is a load-bearing wall and cannot be removed. The other hollow parts are partition walls and can be removed. I guess the author of this diagram arranged the bathroom in this way mainly because of the division of functions.

My idea is this: remove the public bathroom and allocate the excess space to the kitchen. The section of the wall above the main bathroom has been moved up to the lower edge of the shear wall, which not only allows the original public bathroom to be allocated to the kitchen as storage space, but also expands the existing main bathroom.

Obviously not, the black lines are the main wall and cannot be dismantled!

You can rely on it, but the walls of the bathroom must be waterproof, otherwise the bedroom will be easily damp!

It may still be a bit leaky. But it's not your family's responsibility, it's up to the developer to take care of the pipeline.

I think the kitchen door should be sealed, the bathroom window should be opened, and the balcony should be located as a living balcony, where the washing machine should be placed, and the clothes should be dried there.

The method and steps of draining are as follows: close the water inlet valve, remove the drain bolt after loosening, and tighten the drain bolt after the remaining water is exhausted, otherwise it will cause water leakage. >>>More
