1. Flue check valve:

It refers to the check valve installed on the kitchen flue mouth, which is generally equipped by the developer when handing over the house, and there is a metal baffle with an eccentric shaft. But usually the builder's match is not easy to use, and it cannot achieve the purpose of completely preventing aftertaste.

One of its functions is to achieve one-way exhaust to prevent aftertaste, backfilling, etc., so it is called a check valve. Another function is to fix the hose of the smoke machine, so that the hose can be fixed to the wall.

However, there are also builders who do not match the check valve when handing over the house, and there are even those that do not even leave a flue mouth, let alone a check valve.

2. Smoke machine check valve:

The smoke machine check valve, it is the range hood comes with, the bottom is fixed on the top of the range hood with screws, and the upper part is connected to the plastic telescopic smoke pipe. There are generally two baffles inside the range hood check valve, but because all the current smoke check valves have the problem of the baffle is not tightly sealed (no matter how high-end the hood is), there will be the trouble of the range hood aftertaste.

Generally, the smoke machine exhaust system is composed of three parts: smoke machine check valve + smoke pipe + flue check valve, among these three parts, the role of the check valve is quite important.
