2. Remove the ballast: first cut off the power, then disconnect the ballast wire to connect the power supply, and then use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw on the ballast and loosen the ballast.

3. Reinstall the ballast: put the new ballast back to the original place and reinstall the screws, and then connect the two wires of the ballast back to the power line. Reinstall the hood and the light will be on without a buzzing sound.
