    There are two types of sewage pipe blockages, one is the main pipe (riser) blockage, which should be dredged by the property; The other is branch pipe blockage, and branch pipe blockage is generally caused by improper use by the owner, and the owner will deal with it himself.

    You can also find the property to deal with it, but this kind of service is a paid service, and the property has to collect money.

    Analyze again whether your installation is correct.

    The first is that the submersible bend is directly set under the sink (see Figure 1) and the downstairs drainage pipe is directly set with an elbow (Figure 2), which generally does not block, even if the blockage is at the front end, it will only cause the sink to accumulate water, but it will not easily run water;

    The second method is that the downstairs drainage pipe has a submersible bend (Figure 3), and the upstairs is not set up (Figure 4) to plug it directly. Please note that in this way, once the downstairs sink bend is blocked, the sewage will overflow from the plug joint, and the standard practice is to follow the interface practice in Figure 1 (red circle), which must be sealed, so as to ensure that the water will not run easily.

    The worst way is to set up submersible bends in both the sink and downstairs, so that the submersible bends can only be plugged in (Figure 4), otherwise there will be an air barrier between the two submersible bends, and the water flow will not be smooth.

    Finally, there is the sink debris filter (Figure 5), which is a must, without this filter, it is very easy to clog the drain.

    I want to introduce these types of practices, and you will judge the root of the problem for yourself.

The kitchen sewer is no different from the concrete floor and the plastic one. Nothing at all when used under normal conditions. Don't drop rags, steel wool balls or anything like that. Plastic is better. The main thing is that it's okay to use normally.
