Generally, in spring and autumn, the amount of billet oil added should be appropriately increased compared with summer and winter, and the amount of billet oil increased should be adjusted to the condition of color change and drying. However, it is important to note that the maximum amount of billet oil should not exceed multiple times the amount of lacquer, which is the limit, and it will never dry if it is exceeded.

Add billet oil to pay attention to the relationship of climate, in the hot, sunny and rainless dog days for paint mixing, the amount of billet oil added should be appropriately reduced, generally in the ratio or so. In the late autumn and cold winter, due to the low temperature and low humidity, it is necessary to reduce the amount of billet oil added, and sometimes reduce the ratio to about the left.

When the ratio of raw lacquer and billet oil is adjusted to an appropriate amount, a slow mixer (60rpm per minute) is used to stir for 16 hours, so that the performance of the lacquer and the viscosity of the billet oil are fully integrated, and then it can be used after a few days.

It is also feasible to use the drying method to fuse, but it is necessary to master the drying time, not too long, otherwise the thick silk degree of the lacquer will rise and fall unevenly, that is, there will be clumps in the lacquer, and some of the lacquer will be thin, which is even more unfavorable to coating.

Tung oil and lacquer can not be mixed with brush. Tung oil is suitable for outdoor use. The indoor smell is too big, and it is difficult to dry and sticky.

Lacquer and tung oil are boiled together to become cooked lacquer, which is brighter than lacquer, the method is to first batch ash and flatten the lacquer on a total of 7 processes, the price is cheap, you can also add a layer of white cloth paint between the lacquer on 10 to 20 kg, the price is more expensive, non-professional construction is generally more difficult, pay attention to the lacquer to filter.
