Artificial latex. It is a non-emulsion-polymerized rubber latex. It is prepared by adding water and surfactant to the colloid generated by solution polymerization, so that the rubber particles are dispersed in the water, and then the solvent is evaporated. If the rubber is not fully dissolved in the solvent, the raw rubber and rubber compound can be continuously kneaded in the presence of an aqueous phase containing an emulsifier until a stable rubber aqueous dispersion is formed.
Artificial latex is used in much the same way as synthetic latex.
