    The busy and fulfilling year of 2014 is coming to an end, and in my new position, with the care and support of the hotel leaders and colleagues, I have successfully completed the tasks assigned by the leaders. In this united and harmonious collective, I have further improved my thinking and greatly tempered my work, and I now summarize my work as follows:

    1. Establish the idea of taking the store as the home, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel, consciously safeguard the collective interests of the hotel, maintain the overall image of the hotel, and be sincere, humble and patient.

    2. Fully understand the working environment, work scope, and work conditions, so that problems can be put in place and solved in a timely manner.

    3. Do not be late, do not leave early, do not lack of absenteeism, ask for leave in writing to the leader if you are sick, do your job with due diligence, reasonable arrangement, no impatience, safety and stability.

    Fourth, take care of public property, properly use and maintain tools and equipment in a timely manner, save energy, start from saving a drop of water and electricity, in addition to the use of guests, so that people go out of the lights, turn off the water pipes in time, and report for repair in time when problems are found, so as not to cause waste of energy in the hotel because of no one to manage.

    5. Strive to improve their own quality, take the initiative to learn from colleagues, maintain a full work spirit, and achieve a conscious and rigorous work attitude.

    Through this period of work, I found that I still have deficiencies and need to be improved, such as not having rich professional knowledge, and I am ready to improve my professional knowledge and service level by strengthening my learning.
