3. Not included in the construction area: convex (bay) windows with a height difference between the window sill and the indoor ground and a structural net height of less than a meter, and convex (bay) windows with a height difference between the window sill and the indoor ground at or above meters.

It is different from place to place, so there is no national policy; If it is Chengdu, it is necessary to calculate the area of the house; If it is Chongqing, it is not counted, but it must be added to the public stall and handed over to the property management.
