Construction method.

2. Stirring: Use a low-speed electric drill with suitable stirring blades for mechanical stirring. According to the ratio of powder and water to 4:1, add water to tile caulk to make a paste. Let stand for 10 minutes, stir again and use.

3. Construction: Use a rubber caulk or a suitable scraper to fill the stirred tile caulk into the tile gap, and fill the tile caulk in the diagonal direction or in a circular rotation mode. Try not to leave too much tile grout on the tile surface as much as possible, and clean the tile surface regularly with a damp sponge or cloth before the material sets.

Remove any blemishes found as soon as possible and fix them as soon as possible.

4. Cleaning: Use a slightly damp sponge to clean the tiles, wipe them with a clean damp cloth locally, and carry out the caulk film before drying. The tool should be rinsed with clean water immediately after use.

After the caulk is initially dried and cured, the surface of the caulk that has been powdered is wiped off with a dry cloth, or the final cleaning is carried out with water.

Precautions. First, cement is paved with bricks, and caulking can begin after 7 days of laying tiles. For tile adhesive paving, the caulk should be used two days later, and the temperature of the construction should not be lower than zero degrees.

Second, the surface of the floor tiles and the connecting joints must be cleaned before caulking, first wipe the surface of the tiles with a damp cloth, wipe the wet can not leave water, this is to avoid the small holes on the surface of the floor tiles to absorb pigment and cement, and to ensure its coloring.

Thirdly, in order to control the color and prevent the caulk from pulverizing, the surface of the tile should be wiped clean within 1 to 2 hours after caulking.

Fourth, within 72 hours after the completion of the caulking, it is necessary to pay attention to prevent the caulk from drying, especially for the construction surface exposed to sunlight outdoors, we can use natural kraft paper to cover the construction surface to prevent other construction operations from staining the newly made joints, and special attention should be paid not to use newspapers.
