What is the difference between hotel furniture and home furniture

Hotel furniture can be divided into two categories: movable furniture and fixed furniture.

The hotel room furniture is divided into standard suite furniture, business suite furniture, and presidential suite furniture according to different room specifications. The focus here is on hotel room furniture, which accounts for the heaviest proportion of hotel furniture.

1. Movable furniture: refers to movable furniture that is not fixed on the wall or ground in the hotel; i.e. furniture in our traditional sense. It is generally composed of the following furniture:

It consists of a hotel bed, a dresser, a bedside table, a luggage cabinet, a TV cabinet, a wardrobe, a lounge chair, a coffee table, etc. In recent years, due to the popularity of LCD TVs, TV cabinets have appeared less and less in high-end hotel rooms.

2. Fixed furniture: refers to all wooden furniture in the hotel, except for movable furniture, which is closely attached to the main body of the building. Wooden ceiling modeling boards, doors and door covers, bedside screen finishes, body panels, curtain boxes, baseboards, curtain boxes, fixed closets, wine cabinets, minibars, wash basin cabinets, towel racks, curtain lines, air nozzles, tuyeres, ceiling lines, light troughs.

The fixed furniture of the hotel cannot be moved, such as the closet. Whereas, home furniture can be moved, such as beds, etc.
