First, the intrinsic quality of parquet.

The intrinsic quality is the key indicator of parquet, but it is difficult to determine intuitively, and it must be tested by means of testing, therefore, it is necessary to observe its test report, which is as follows:

    1. Formaldehyde emission of parquet.

This problem exists in the plywood flooring made of urea-formaldehyde resin glue, and if the amount of formaldehyde released into the air is too large, it will be harmful to the human body.

China has stipulated that the concentration of formaldehyde in the air in public places shall not exceed milligrams per square meter.

If a pungent formaldehyde smell has been smelled during the laying process, the formaldehyde concentration in the air has exceeded the standard.

For the determination of formaldehyde concentration of parquet, perforated extraction method is mainly used in China.

The resulting "perforation value" indicates the amount of formaldehyde that can be released in 100 grams of product.

If the "perforation channel" is about 9 milligrams per square meter or below, it can basically meet the formaldehyde concentration standard stipulated by the national environmental protection regulations.

If it is less than 30 milligrams per square meter, it generally meets the technical standard of class B.

    2. The moisture content of parquet.

The moisture content usually reaches about 12%, which is basically qualified (different regions, the implementation of moisture content standards is different).

    3. The gluing performance of parquet.

Parquet is made of adhesive-coated panels when they are manufactured, so the quality of gluing directly affects the use effect and life.

The quality of the glue can be reflected by two performance indicators, namely the impregnation peel and the strength of the glue.

These two indexes are measured after the specimen is treated in water with a certain temperature, the lower the impregnation peel value, the better, and the higher the gluing strength value, the better.

The quality of parquet is mainly considered from the following aspects:

Second, the appearance quality of parquet.

The surface of the parquet should be observed:

    1. Whether the surface paint is glossy, whether the paint film is plump and uniform, whether there are needles and granules, whether there are indentations and planing marks.

    2. Indicate whether there are obvious defects in the material. The surface of the wooden floor should not have defects such as decay, dead joints, knots, insect holes, cracks, and skin clamping.

    3. The surrounding tenon and groove are complete.

    3. Whether the dimensional tolerance of the parquet meets the requirements.

    1. Whether the specification and size tolerances of parquet are the same as those of the product introduction;

    2. Whether the tenon and size of the parquet are tight and smooth, you can assemble them on the flat glass table top or ground by spot-checking multiple floors to see the degree of tightness of the combination and touch whether the surface is smooth.

For ordinary buyers: open a package randomly, assemble it completely, and then look - there are no big gaps and large color differences; Smell – no pungent smell; Touch - there is no height difference; Q - ask the buyer moisture content guarantee quality assurance inspection certificate... OK!

    1) Weigh the weight, a good floor should not be too light or too heavy. The weight of the floor is too light, mostly because the material of the selected substrate is relatively soft, so the strength will be relatively poor, and the floor is too heavy to deform and crack.

    2) Look at the appearance, the paint surface of the high-quality floor is full and smooth, rich and natural, the paint film is transparent, and the physical properties of the appearance can be seen at a glance. The paint surface of inferior flooring is shriveled and obscure, with more exposed paint, bubbling, pinholes, ripples, particles, etc., poor transparency of paint film, blurred texture of surface plate, and obscure appearance of wood.

    3) Look at whether the backboard and its surroundings are sealed, and high-quality floors will generally paint the backboard and its surroundings, so as to effectively reduce water vapor absorption and prevent warping and deformation. Most of the substrates on the back and surrounding of inferior floors are exposed, and there are many defects such as burrs, indentations, and glue penetration, which can easily cause deformation and warping.

    4) Look at the buckle type, high-quality multi-layer solid wood flooring generally adopts locks, which has the advantage of no need to apply sizing, easy to install, tighter joints, and not easy to leave the joints in use. Most of the inferior floors are made of cheap buckles, which makes the floor easy to loosen and break from the joints, and it needs to be supposed and installed, which is not environmentally friendly and is not easy to be disassembled and reused.

    5) Look at the straightness of the floor, high-quality multi-layer solid wood flooring has strict requirements for material selection, process control and factory inspection, and the edges of the finished floor and the board surface are smooth and straight. Inferior flooring is much rougher, and the edges and board surfaces are generally observed along the length of the floor with the naked eye, and obvious concave or convex or warped can be seen.

Decorative materials do not contain formaldehyde, there is no latex for bonding, the highest formaldehyde content, the price of wood flooring, the price of the main material, the price of the business newspaper has a high profit, cut it in half, of course, the high price represents the high quality is certain, but the higher the price of things, the greater the profit, I hope it can help you as a senior designer.
