Kohler has three types of toilet seat screws in disposable copper expansion screws.

Installing such bolts requires special special tools.

As long as it needs to be disassembled, it will slip.

At present, there is only one way to dismantle, that is, use (slotted screwdriver) to warp the small plastic piece of the screw, twist it out as much as possible with (Phillips screwdriver), twist it to a really slippery position, take out the plastic block of the screw, cut off the screw as long as possible with a cutting machine, and poke the remaining part of the screw directly into the screw hole.

Take out the plastic block and cut as many screws as possible because the space inside the screw hole is not large, and the screw rod that cannot be removed is as short as possible.

Regarding the screw rod, after cutting off the screw, use a flathead screwdriver and hammer to handle, and the copper expansion bolt is slowly removed, and the screw rod is poked in.

After removing, note that the fixing hole of the toilet seat will be much smaller than that of a normal toilet.

If you still want original screws, you need to purchase a special Kohler bolt installer.

If you want to be ordinary, universal, and easy to replace later. It is necessary to use a 16-gauge glass drill bit to enlarge the hole. When enlarged, pay attention to the expansion of the toilet on both sides.

You drill the bolt out with a drill bit of the right size. Replace it with another one.

It is possible that the buckle has been loosened, and if such a problem is not easy to deal with, it can only be forcibly and brutally removed.

I think it can be set up. If you don't use electricity, you won't be able to heat up, and it's cooler in summer.
