The solution is to ensure that the gypsum board is fixed in a stress-free state when the gypsum board is suspended.

The spacing between the keel and fastening screws should be constructed in strict accordance with the design requirements; Pay attention when scraping putty as a whole, and the putty should not be scraped too thickly. The second case is when the ceiling appears to be irregularly wavy. Ceiling perimeter grille or four corners are uneven, or the moisture content of wood produces shrinkage deformation, can cause uneven camber; In addition, the keel joint is uneven and hard bending, and the spacing of the boom or hanging bar is too much to cause the keel to deform, which will also cause the uneven ceiling; The top of the wooden boom is split, and the steel bar is not tightened when the boom is used, which will cause irregular wave deformation; For ceiling projects with a large area, it is best to use light steel keels.

To prevent the ceiling arching, the ceiling wood should be made of high-quality soft wood, its moisture content should be controlled within 12%, the keel should be straight, there can be no knots through the section, the ceiling construction should be leveled on the wall around the wall, and the installation should be based on the level of the surrounding area.
