1. Anti-fouling.

Every two or three months, you can apply floor wax to the floor. After wiping evenly, use the original rag (no longer dipped in wax) to wipe from the edge of the original wipe, and wipe it again in turn according to the above plan.

The waxed floor not only cleans and refreshes, but also protects the paint film and delays aging.

When maintaining the solid wood floor, we must pay attention to keeping the floor dry and clean, and do not wet it with water or scrub it with alkaline water or soapy water, so as not to damage the brightness of the paint. If it is dirty or dirty, it can be wiped with a dry cloth. It is also necessary to wax once a month, but wipe off moisture and stains before waxing.

2. Varnishing. Use.

After three or five years, the floor can be repainted with the same kind of paint as the original painted floor. In addition to dust and dirt removal before painting, a fine water sandpaper should be applied, dipped in warm water, and the board surface should be gently sanded to remove the remaining oil stains on it, and to grind off the small paint particles left in the last paint. After sanding, wipe it clean with a clean rag and you can apply the paint.

In this way, the painted floor will be smoother, cleaner and shinier.

3. Heat-proof. If there is a heating leak or water on the wooden floor, it must be wiped clean in time, and it cannot be directly exposed to sunlight or baked with an electric stove, so as to avoid drying too quickly and cracking the floor. If the solid wood floor is not used for a long time, do not cover it with plastic sheeting or newspaper, because after a long time, the paint film will be sticky and lose its luster. At the same time, do not put hot water basins, hot rice cookers and other objects directly on the floor to avoid scalding the paint film.

4. Scrubbing. For daily cleaning, vacuum it and then use a soft cloth dipped in a dilution of a special detergent or soap flakes. For large area cleaning, it can be done with a sprayer or rotary cleaner. For natural lacquered solid wood floors, water is not good for it, so try to minimize excess water when cleaning, and be sure to wring out the rag when scrubbing.
