To this end, I suggest that the city management department should prohibit the fecal sedimentation tank from entering the public sewage pipe, and the fecal sedimentation tank should be cleaned regularly by the user and handed over the cleaned manure to the farmers as organic fertilizer, (due to the lack of farm fertilizer, now our farmers also pay to buy manure), which can not only solve the employment of some people (become manure workers), but also meet the needs of farmers for manure, and can avoid the pollution of manure to the river, killing three birds with one stone.
