MDF, particle board, and particleboard, which is more durable to make furniture

These three kinds of board lines are still MDF, but they are not resistant to moisture and prefer dryness, and they are not durable in the two. I suggest it's better to do it with joinery.

Most of the MDF used in furniture on the market is MDF, the material is not waterproof, the adhesive glue with formaldehyde is too high, and the nature of particle board is the same. It is recommended to use particleboard to be more environmentally friendly for the family, and you can choose a more well-known manufacturer to buy, because the hardware directly affects the life of the furniture.

High-density boards can be better.

However, I recommend using woodworking boards.

Or simply use solid wood.

These boards are pressed with wood fibers at high pressure and high temperature! Now the quality of this board in the furniture market is uneven, a little high formaldehyde content, and solid wood is the trouble point of maintenance.

The price is more expensive, the home must be moist, and the solid wood in a dry environment is easy to dry out!

Particle board is particleboard, particleboard is more environmentally friendly, durable than MDF, when you buy furniture, you should determine the grade of particleboard to the merchant, preferably E1 (E1 is already an international standard).

These boards are very strong and durable, but it is important to note that the environmental protection level of the plates must be high. This is closely related to formaldehyde content and is very important for our health.

Although I am a manufacturer of MDF boards, I still recommend buying solid wood for children, which is better for children's bodies!! If you feel that solid wood is expensive, choose big brand furniture, and the formaldehyde emission of small manufacturers of furniture is qualified!
