3. Determine the keel position line, because each PVC gusset is a formed veneer, generally can not be cut into blocks, in order to ensure the integrity of the ceiling finish and the reliability of installation, it is necessary to arrange the structural size of the ceiling skeleton according to the size of the aluminum gusset and the area size of the ceiling. The basic arrangement of the PVC gusset veneer is: the plate combination should be complete, and when the edge is left around, the surrounding edge should be symmetrical and even, and the arranged keel position line should be drawn on the top of the elevation line.

4. The spacing of the main keel hanging point should be selected according to the recommended series of design, and the middle part should be arched, and the height of the keel arch should not be less than 1 200 of the room span. After the installation of the main keel, the position and height should be corrected in time. To control the flattening of the keel, first of all, you should pull out the longitudinal and horizontal elevation control line, start from one end, and adjust the suspension height of the boom while installing.

After the large surface is flattened, adjust some single keels with curved warped edges until the smoothing meets the requirements.

5. The boom should be straight and have sufficient bearing capacity. When the boom needs to be lengthened, it must be lap welded firmly, and the weld must be uniform and full. For anti-rust treatment, the boom shall not exceed 300mm from the end of the main keel, otherwise the boom should be added to avoid the main keel falling, and the secondary keel (the same as the middle keel or small keel) should be installed close to the main keel.

6. Comprehensively correct the position and levelness of the main and secondary keels. The connectors should be installed in dislocation, and the installed ceiling skeleton should be firm and reliable, and the next step of construction can only be carried out after meeting the relevant specifications.

7. When installing the PVC gusset, the secondary bone should be straightened. The gusset plate should be flat and not warped, and the flat error of the ceiling plane should not exceed 5mm.
