Why do pinholes appear in the spray paint of the security door?

Causes: The coating film is sprayed too thickly, the drying temperature is too high, the coated object has moisture, dust paint, etc.

The thickness of the spray should not be too thick at one time, and the appropriate drying temperature should be controlled to keep the coated object free of dirt.

The main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:

1) The surface treatment of the base surface is not good;

2) If the bottom layer is not completely dry, the construction will be carried out for the second time.

3) The prepared paint does not stand for a period of time, the paint viscosity is high, and the bubbles are not eliminated.

4) One-time construction is too thick.

5) Wrong matching of curing agent and thinner;

6) Too much curing agent is added.

7) High ambient temperature and humidity;

8) The moisture content of the base surface is high.

Is it painting or powdering?

If it is sprayed with dust, it may be that the powder is a little damp, or the surface is not clean and dusty.

If it is spray paint, it may be that the coating film is a little thick.
